Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, and financial reporting
Manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
Administer employee benefits and 401(k) programs; coordinate with benefit providers
Support HR processes including payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee onboarding
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, or Sage) and Excel
