Job Summary We are hiring a Recruiter (Entry Level, Full‑time) located in Austin, TX, to rapidly assess client job requisitions, recruit high‑quality candidates, and manage the full hiring lifecycle. The role requires strong relationship building, negotiation, and a goal‑oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Assess client job requisitions, detect key knowledge and skills, and identify high‑quality candidates.
Facilitate offer processes and negotiate salary and other employment terms.
Align candidate goals, skills, availability, and experience with client needs.
Build and maintain a reliable talent network and nurture candidate relationships.
Exceed internal targets and metrics in a competitive, results‑driven culture.
Maintain contractor relationships through in‑person meetings and events.
Recruit, organize, and manage any hiring opportunities within the organization.
Take ownership of every recruitment opportunity and creatively engage best candidates via platforms, referrals, and networking.
Coach candidates during the employment process, including resume preparation and client interview techniques.
Qualifications

Completed secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
Benefits and Compensation Base pay range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year.
Additional compensation includes uncapped commission, bonuses, and potential associate option plans.
