Responsibilities
Working alongside with various stakeholders within the engineering team, different functions, or the management team to establish business needs
Able to work independently and coordinate with respective stakeholder across different application domainsBuild end-to-end data pipelines and scalable ML models using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face).
Provide technical support as needed
Prepare and compile documentation and materials related to the project
Develop AI/ML-powered solutions for automation, predictive modeling, and LLM applications.
Mentor junior team members on AI best practices and ethical AI principles.
Communicate insights via dashboards (Power BI) and storytelling.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
2+ years in data science with proven AI/ML model deployment experience.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with LLM tools (OpenAI GPT, Llama 2) and prompt engineering.
Data wrangling (Pandas, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
Relevant work experience in RAG architecture, AI Agent development
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
