Monday‑Friday, usually 8‑hour shifts.
Rotating call, variable weekdays 3 p.m.–7 p.m.
No weekend call.

About Our Team Sovah Danville is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. Our surgical suite includes a 10‑room unit with a wide array of specialties serviced daily. With seventeen surgeons utilizing block time, you can learn to circulate and assist within specialties such as Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, ENT, Spine, and Pulmonary. The unit employs Mako and da Vinci robots, reflecting our commitment to best practice and patient‑first care. Several nurses have worked this unit for 15 years or more, providing ample training and mentorship opportunities.
Responsibilities A registered nurse who excels in this role will:
Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
Perform timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity.
Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

Qualifications
Current VA RN license required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
