A great SNF/LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their growing team for a contract assignment!
Responsibilities:
Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions under physician orders and the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
Implements and modifies the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under supervision.
Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited school.
Current state license as PTA or active in the application process for licensure.
Current CPR certification.
