Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Systems Administrator to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will install and maintain IT infrastructure including, but not limited to: internal/external networks, Windows/Linux based servers, databases, Active Directory, and all supporting hardware/software. Provides after hours support of mission critical systems including weekends and holidays. As a Systems Administrator, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

Develops, implements, troubleshoots and maintains Server technologies that meet business needs.
Anaylzes the current business and information technology environments to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions.
Deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots internal/external networks.
Provides operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices. • Deploys, supports and maintains domain, SQL, and storage servers.
Support and maintain enterprise access control and identity management technologies, including configuration, monitoring, and integration.
Maintains Microsoft Active Directory environment. • Plans for and responds to service outages and other issues. Maintains security environment and associated endpoints.
Performs back up and back up maintenance. Conducts routine audits of systems and software.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You’ll Need
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to evaluate technology solutions to the business needs of the organization and find the best possible tools to meet those needs.
Solid customer focus and ability to work under pressure; self-motivation to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of customers without being prompted.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
