Attorney - Personal Injury A growing, client-focused law practice is seeking experienced Personal Injury Attorneys to join a high-performing litigation team. This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong track record in personal injury matters who value integrity, collaboration, and results-driven advocacy.

The Opportunity You'll manage a diverse personal injury caseload and represent clients across multiple court levels within Virginia, supported by advanced legal technology and a collaborative team environment focused on professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate new cases and conduct client intakes

Maintain proactive communication with current and prospective clients

Manage all aspects of pre-litigation, including case valuation and claim optimization

Lead settlement negotiations and oversee recovery disbursements

Advocate for clients across Virginia jurisdictions

Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, focus groups, and settlement conferences

Build strong client relationships and mentor junior attorneys

Qualifications

Active license to practice law in

Virginia

Proven experience in

personal injury litigation , including trial work and negotiations

Strong client advocacy, communication, and case management skills
