Opportunity The U.S. Region IT Manager will be a key leader within the global IT organization, shaping how we support hybrid work, site operations, device lifecycle, physical security, and service delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead all IT infrastructure, site‑services and operations for the U.S. region, focusing on the NYC HQ site and co‑working/satellite locations.
Manage and develop the regional IT/help‑desk team (6 people): hiring, onboarding, training, escalations, performance and career growth.
Act as escalation point for regional IT incidents and major office/infrastructure issues: AV/meeting‑room tech, network (WAN/LAN/co‑working connectivity), badge/access systems, telecom/voice, end‑user devices (Mac, Windows, mobile).
Work closely with the Executive Team onsite (NYC) to deliver modern hybrid work experiences: meeting‑room tech, collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, 1Password, etc.), and flexible/hybrid user support.
Scale infrastructure and service delivery to support headcount growth and new site openings: device procurement/lifecycle, MDM/endpoint management (Jamf/Intune), service management (Jira Service Desk), vendor and contractor management.
Manage vendor/contractor relationships for site services: AV integrators, network carriers, security systems, telecom, facilities technology, ensuring SLAs, cost controls and standardization.
Own physical security and compliance in the U.S. region: ensure access control, surveillance, site readiness, compliance with standards (including FedRAMP readiness), and asset‑management practices.
Define, track and report regional IT KPIs: device provisioning, onboarding speeds, help‑desk metrics (response/resolution), infrastructure uptime, site network performance, and user satisfaction indexes.
Travel across U.S. region sites for audits, deployments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness for expansion.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in IT operations management within a rapid/hyper‑growth company scaling headcount and sites.
Strong track record of managing IT for multiple physical locations including HQ and satellite/co‑working offices in a hybrid‑work model.
Demonstrated expertise in AV/meeting‑room systems, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/co‑working), physical security/access control systems, device lifecycle management (MacBooks, Windows, mobile), hybrid user support.
Experience working in or with global IT teams and aligning regional operations with global strategy.
Excellent vendor/contractor management skills: sourcing, negotiating, SLA management, cost control, service standardization.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills: interface with executive leadership, translate business priorities into IT deliverables, manage risk.
Comfortable with travel and hands‑on engagements when needed.
Experience in compliance or regulated environments is highly desirable (FedRAMP, SOC2, asset‑management).
Excellent communication skills, both technical and non‑technical. Ability to lead change and standardize processes.
