About the Role We are looking for a TPM to own and drive execution across our storage vendor ecosystem, ensuring reliable, high‑performance, scalable solutions that meet CoreWeave’s infrastructure and customer needs. The TPM works with vendors on roadmap planning, incident management, and bug fixing.

The Technical Program Manager Will

Drive end‑to‑end storage vendor management, including relationship building, performance tracking, and roadmap alignment across key partners.

Manage vendor accountability and lifecycle activities, from proof‑of‑concept and lab validation to production onboarding and ongoing support.

Coordinate NPI processes for storage systems, ensuring readiness, validation, and alignment across engineering, hardware, and supply chain teams.

Mitigate supply chain risks through alternative sourcing strategies and proactive tracking of hard‑to‑get components.

Collaborate with hardware engineering on new SKU development, hardware qualification, and test rack setup to validate new configurations.

Partner with finance and supply chain to manage cost models, budget forecasting, and delivery timelines.

Run retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles, driving learnings back into program structure, process, and vendor engagement.

Provide incident post‑mortem and escalation support for high‑priority customer issues, ensuring rapid triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.

Track and improve vendor‑driven reliability metrics (e.g., failure rates, MTTR, firmware stability).

Ensure vendors meet SLAs, SLOs, and quality expectations.

Own program task management and tracking, including structure, reporting, and hygiene of Jira workflows, dashboards, and filters.

Conduct regular business reviews to drive visibility and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in infrastructure and highly cross‑functional environments.

Proven experience managing cross‑functional programs involving hardware, software, and operations teams.

Hands‑on experience with vendor and supply chain management, including roadmap alignment and performance tracking.

Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and dashboards for tracking project health and delivery.

Demonstrated ability to drive execution, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.

Proven ability to drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives with attention to detail and a bias for action.

Strong communicator with the ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of storage systems, data infrastructure, or distributed computing environments.

7+ years of experience in technical program management within large‑scale infrastructure, data center, or cloud environments.

Familiarity with enterprise storage technologies and vendors (e.g., PureStorage, VAST, WEKA, IBM).

Experience leading NPI or hardware development programs from concept through production.

Proven track record of risk management, incident response coordination, and continuous improvement in production environments.

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills across engineering, product, supply chain, and vendor teams.

Salary Range : $122,000 to $179,000. Total rewards include a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program based on eligibility.
