Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and procedures

Train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring compliance with protocols

Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents effectively

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments

Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders

Provide assistance and support to guests and employees during emergencies

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high‑pressure situations

Proficiency in using security equipment and software

Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security

First Aid/CPR certification and training in crisis management is an asset
