Qualifications

Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high‑pressure situations
Proficiency in using security equipment and software
Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security
First Aid/CPR certification and training in crisis management is an asset
