Requirements
Must have:
Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens qualify for security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Proficient in using IBM Rational DOORS.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with systems and design engineers to set up DOORS database environments tailored to individual program requirements.
Inform users of DOORS database regarding tool functionalities and provide informed recommendations for feature utilization based on documentation goals.
Advise on the optimal timing and methods for integrating features and functionalities based on program lifecycle phases.
Manage access controls within each program’s DOORS modules.
Utilize and develop scripts for automating the documentation upload and download processes to and from DOORS in various formats.
Lead a team of database administrators by offering technical support, delegating tasks, fostering individual growth, assessing manpower needs, and contributing to performance evaluations twice a year.
