The role focuses on enabling seamless communication between enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and supporting business process automation.

Required Skills

Core Tibco Tools: BusinessWorks BW 5.x and 6, EMS RV, ActiveMatrix TIBCO Administrator

Integration Concepts: EAI, SOA, API management

Web Services: SOAP, REST

Database: Oracle, SQL Server

Version Control & CICD: Git, Jenkins

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field

7+ years of experience in Tibco integration projects

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and integration best practices

Certifications such as Tibco Certified Professional are a plus

Key Responsibilities Design and Development

Develop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, BW EMS, and ADB R3 and File adapters

Create and optimize workflows for Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

System Integration

Implement SOAP/REST web services, XML transformations and JMS messaging

Testing and Deployment

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshoot issues

Generate EAR files and deploy applications using TIBCO Administrator

Monitor and optimize Tibco applications for high availability and scalability

Work closely with business analysts, architects and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Documentation

Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides and maintain integration process records
