This firm offers mentorship from senior support staff and attorneys in an open‑door environment. The family‑like culture emphasizes collaboration with staff supporting all attorneys. The successful candidate will have at least three years of law firm experience, preferably in estate planning, and a strong willingness to learn. This role supports attorneys and staff and requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership. Responsibilities include paper filing, editing and posting payments to billing, scanning documents, organizing and managing the firm’s online database, preparing client binders, assisting with travel arrangements, and proofreading documents.
