Provide guidance on Agile practices, facilitating continuous improvement and project success
Track team capacity and velocity, collaborating through various Agile ceremonies within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Ensure team members understand project objectives and promote cross‑functional accountability
Coach and provide thought leadership on Agile principles for the development team and product owners
Identify and mitigate external dependencies, risks, and impediments during project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
2–5+ years of demonstrated experience in a Scrum Master role
Firm understanding of the software development lifecycle and scrum principles
Experience with sprint planning, facilitating daily stand‑ups, and leading scrum ceremonies
Proven experience ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals
Excellent communication skills with a passion for problem‑solving and conflict management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Certified Scrum Master
Experience as a Scrum Master within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Continued education and/or advanced degree(s)
Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations
Technology delivery experience
