$100,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details An established firm in the commercial construction space seeks a proactive, relationship‑driven Business Development Manager to support continued growth. This role is based in Dallas, TX or Mobile, AL and focuses on expanding market presence across the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Identify new market opportunities through research and outreach
Lead client meetings to develop and secure new projects
Partner with internal project and technical teams to develop solutions
Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (construction, architecture, or engineering preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction, architecture, or a construction‑related engineering environment
Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
