The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Mayfield Heights, OH. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, engaging with potential clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions. Strong background in sales, business development, and contract negotiation. Experience in market research, identifying prospects, and building client relationships. Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
