What You’ll Be Doing
Follow procedures and perform the various steps to assemble our medical device product, ensuring a quality end product.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Use hand tools as required.
Complete all required documentation for quality compliance.
What You’ll Bring
High School diploma or GED.
Preferred: experience in mechanical or electrical manufacturing.
Ability to identify and differentiate small electronic components by markings.
Handle stressful production demands with teamwork and cooperation.
Read and follow written work instructions; manipulate small parts with both hands and assemble or disassemble a medical device using hand tools.
Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision, including required documentation for compliance.
Good judgment, positive attitude, and initiative.
Willingness and ability to learn assembly procedures and drawings.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment to meet daily targets.
Perform basic mathematical calculations.
Transcribe data accurately.
Read and write English proficiently.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee:
Be able to sit or stand for most of the workday.
Have good hand‑to‑eye coordination and dexterity.
Work Environment This manufacturing environment is regulated by the FDA and other work rules to protect product quality. Work rules include, but are not limited to:
Wearing a ground wrist strap and connecting it to the work table.
Wearing a static protective smock at all times while in the work area.
Working in close proximity to other employees.
Operating in a temperature‑ and humidity‑controlled environment.
Compensation The rate for this position is $22.65 per hour.
