Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
The Contract Transitions Manager plays a key role in managing client contracts and supporting seamless onboarding, transitions, and vendor contracting activities. This individual collaborates closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance teams, and must possess a strong understanding of business operations and internal departmental workflows. They are responsible for maintaining the internal contract repository and ensuring the accuracy of contract data across relevant systems.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales, Compliance and Transitions Teams to onboard new clients across various service lines, including client portal setup, onboarding paperwork and other administrative duties.
Manage internal Client Contract repository in applicable systems. (Microsoft Office/SharePoint, HighGear, Zoho CRM)
Break out and organize contract exhibits during onboarding
Ensure contract visibility for internal stakeholders and manage lifecycle changes.
Regularly audit contract data using Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with Finance, Account Teams, Sales, and Procurement on contract amendments, terminations, and changes.
Prepare and host internal Contract Transition Meetings
Review, red line, abstract and facilitate signature of all client contracts including:
Exterior and Interior Service Agreements
Construction Agreements
Support Sales during contract negotiations as needed.
Assist the Procurement and Account teams with the creation, distribution, and tracking of vendor contracts using DocuSign and/or related systems.
Manage vendor contract anatomy, SOW exhibits, pricing exhibits, etc.
Develop, manage, and update standard and custom contract templates for both client and vendor agreements.
Support management in prioritizing business and information needs.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Requirements Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in contract management required; legal-industry experience preferred.
1-3 years of Legal experience preferred.
1-3 years of experience in procurement or related field preferred.
