Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Schaumburg, IL. Manage full‑cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, overseeing scope, budget, and timelines while leading cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
Rate Range:
$53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Manager job responsibilities include:
Manage full-cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
Lead cross‑functional teams (functional and technical), ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders, managing expectations and driving consensus on key decisions.
Oversee sprint planning and sequencing, partnering with Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery and remove roadblocks.
Maintain project documentation and communication, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with project management processes, proactively managing risks/issues and driving resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (PMP or Agile certifications preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience leading projects and Scrum teams, with strong exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, including scope, budget, and timeline management.
Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hands‑on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
