Base pay range:

$18.00/hr – $31.00/hr

Essential Responsibilities

Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments

Provide customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork

Communicate effectively with customers and business partners

Maintain coverage at the information desk and answer a multi‑line phone system

Qualifications & Requirements

Customer service experience

Thrives in a fast‑paced office environment

Good listening skills and a strong customer focus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets

Benefits Part‑time associates are eligible for sick time (subject to state law), vacation time (between 8 and 40 hours per year after a 1‑year waiting period), and floating holiday time (up to 4 hours per year, subject to manager approval).
