Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Sarasota, FL for an Assistant Manager at Sephora. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in achieving key performance metrics, developing the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Daily responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and addressing customer concerns effectively. The role requires collaboration with team members and fostering an inspiring and inclusive work environment to drive the store's goals and initiatives forward.
Qualifications
Experience in retail management, team leadership, and fostering a motivating and inclusive work environment
Strong customer service skills, ability to resolve client concerns, and knowledge of client-focused sales techniques
Familiarity with inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to operational processes
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and execute strategies
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment and meet deadlines with high attention to detail
Background in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is highly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field is a plus
Seniority level : Mid‑senior level
