Base pay range $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Position Details
– This direct hire role is full‑time and performs high‑volume mail scanning and production work. Hours will range within M‑F 6:00 AM‑7:00 PM. The work location is in Hilliard, OH, in the greater Columbus area.
Hourly Compensation
– $19.00–$22.00 USD per hour, depending on production experience.

Responsibilities
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
Operate high‑volume mail opening and scanning equipment, helping print and assemble large outbound mailings daily.
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high‑volume, production environment.
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines.
Adhere to all safety procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
The business environment does not allow cell phones in the production area.
Qualifications
Must have access to reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – College degree is a plus and allows a fast‑track plan to management.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Windows environment PC skills.
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
Capability to lift up to 55 pounds.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background checks.
