Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Manager (CSM) to lead the night shift of the Boomerang department; our sustainable water program focuses on aluminum water bottles. In this role, you’ll oversee production, cleaning, sterilization, and distribution of recycled bottles across the factory. You’ll manage a team of 6 hourly attendants while maintaining high standards for safety, uniforms /PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) gear, and operational compliance. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends manufacturing operations, supply management, HR functions, and customer presentations. Please note - this is a 8pm to 6am overnight role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of 6 hourly attendants across multiple shifts.

Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards within the Boomerang department.

Oversee the cleaning, sterilization, refilling, and testing of recycled aluminum bottles using reverse osmosis (RO) machines.

Manage production, storage, and distribution of bottles to factory floors and adjacent buildings.

Support marketing initiatives and participate in weekly presentations to internal customers.

Handle HR functions, including training, scheduling, performance management, and SOP education.

Manage supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and preparation for expansion of 20 additional machines.

Adapt quickly to unexpected circumstances, troubleshooting production or operational issues as they arise.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in manufacturing, retail management, military leadership, or supervisory experience in a high‑paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong leadership and team management acumen – must have demonstrated success leading a team committed to safety and quality.

Ability to navigate physical workspaces, including climbing stairs and moving safely between work areas.

Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including operations, HR, and customer interaction.

Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
