Overview Carle Health is seeking a

Occupational Medicine Advanced Practice Provider

to join our established practice in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Full-time, hospital-employed position

Join an established team with BC physicians and two other Advanced Practice Providers

Clinic hours are Mon - Fri, 7 AM - 5 PM

Modern facility with ancillary services onsite

Responsibilities include conducting employee physicals, annual testing, fit for duty exams, worker's comp, and work injuries

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

DOT Medical Examiner certification or ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner certification within 90 days of hire required

Occupational Medicine experience is a plus

Licensure/Certification Requirements Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
