The Event Services & Housekeeping Role shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. This position aims to deliver an organized, clean, and distraction-free environment to everyone on the Glen Eyrie property through maintaining professional standards of cleanliness, appearance, and service in both public areas and guest rooms. Housekeeping Responsibilities [70%]

Conduct daily cleaning in guest rooms: remove soiled linens and towels, sanitize bathrooms, replenish amenities, remove waste, dust surfaces, vacuum carpeted areas. Clean public areas: lobbies, lounges, hallways, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other workspaces. Perform deep cleaning as needed: wash windows, walls, ceilings, appliances, and polish woodwork with proper materials. Clean and replenish amenities in meeting rooms. Respond to immediate guest needs as required. Event Services Responsibilities [30%]

Physically set up meeting rooms, including chairs, tables, and other equipment. Deliver mail to all buildings. Remove trash throughout Glen Eyrie property. Assist guests as needed (help with luggage, deliver boxes, help with meeting setup, etc.). Additional Responsibilities

Participate in daily devotions, department meetings, Glen Eyrie-wide gatherings, and training seminars. Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver’s Authorization, and other releases as required. Submit time worked on a daily basis through the Workday Time Tracking system. Other job-related duties as assigned. Core Competencies

Spiritual:

Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators. Experience:

At least three months of customer service experience and three months of experience with professional cleaning or janitorial tasks preferred. Technical Knowledge & Skills:

Basic computer skills. Compensation:
