Lead Housekeeper The Lead Housekeeper at Belmont Village Senior Living performs multi‑functional duties related to the overall cleanliness and orderliness of resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas. The Lead Housekeeper also coordinates and schedules daily work assignments for the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with company cleaning and sanitation standards.

Schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Typical Responsibilities

Assign daily housekeeping tasks and enforce compliance with company cleaning and sanitation standards.

Conduct all training and oversee the quality of work performed by housekeepers.

Investigate and address resident satisfaction concerns related to housekeeping services.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of low stock.

Clean and sanitize resident apartments and bathrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and spot‑cleaning carpets.

Collect, wash, fold, and return resident laundry items in a timely manner.

Ensure proper trash removal and restock supplies throughout the community.

Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents and guests.

Keep administrative offices, hallways, and common spaces clean and sanitized.

Prioritize hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction in every interaction.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a housekeeper in senior living or a comparable setting.

Ability to lead others, organize, and prioritize work independently and efficiently.

Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.

Ability to work assigned shifts, which may include early morning, weekends, and holidays.

Professional, pleasant, and team‑oriented attitude.

Consistent and reliable attendance is essential to ensure the successful operation of the community.
