What you will be doing
Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
Qualifications What we are looking for
Customer service focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, likes to communicate with guests and associates.
High work ethic and self-initiative
Ability to work in high pressure situations
Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
