Summary of Responsibilities The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing and branding strategies that align with the company’s organizational goals. This role ensures a consistent corporate brand across multiple markets while developing business development and recruitment campaigns, managing creative asset processes, and providing oversight of internal communications efforts. A key part of this role is leading and delegating to market administrators, empowering them to execute locally while maintaining enterprise-level standards.

Essential Job Functions

Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable campaigns, materials, and deliverables that support business development, client engagement, corporate communications, and recruitment, delegating tasks appropriately across markets to ensure effective execution.

Oversee the production workflow, quality control, and delegation of proposals, presentations, brochures, and other branded materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and market administrators.

Create and edit or lead the development and editorial review of marketing copy and visuals for digital, print, and social channels while ensuring consistency of voice, tone, and brand.

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all markets and functions to ensure consistency and clarity, holding teams accountable for alignment with standards.

Provide clear leadership to market administrators on marketing-related projects, guiding local execution and reinforcing consistent processes and outcomes across markets.

Partner with leadership teams to create campaigns, experiences, gifts, and content that support revenue generation.

Oversee company social channels, website updates, and digital campaigns by leading enterprise content strategy and ensuring consistent execution across markets to ensure brand visibility and engagement.

Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, printers, and other partners as needed.

Track, measure, and report on marketing effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.

Perform additional duties as required.

Position Requirements

Strong writing, editing, and design sensibility; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms (familiarity with Canva a plus).

Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Proven ability to lead through influence, delegating while maintaining strong cross-team relationships and accountability.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in professional services, real estate, architecture/engineering/construction (AEC), or related industries.

Safety Hazard of the Job Normal safety hazards associated with office work, and with occasional observational visits to construction sites.

Physical Demands Low physical effort required to sit, stand at files, bend, stoop, lift, and walk. Maximum unassisted lift is 35 lbs. Average lift is less than 10 lbs. Requires ability to use a keyboard and monitor. Also requires the ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone. May require some travel by car.

Environmental Requirements Average inside office environment. Average office noise levels. No personal protective equipment is required. Ambient temperature is between 68F and 76F.
