Position Summary The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating executive needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference calls

Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Coordinate and support executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion

Track deadlines, action items, and priorities to ensure timely completion

Assist with expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking as needed

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned

Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems

Required Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership

Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Concur, SharePoint)

Experience coordinating domestic and international travel

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
