About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Digital Marketing Contractor to join our team and drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our Connected Services solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in SaaS marketing, a passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand recognition and generate qualified leads.
Create and maintain the Connected Services marketing roadmap, including messaging strategy and tactical plans.
Design and implement engagement activities (events, social media, tradeshows) tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Build nurturing mechanisms (newsletters, email campaigns, social content) to support the sales cycle.
Collaborate with product management to create launch materials, sales collateral, and product marketing content.
Serve as the primary liaison between Connected Services and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and initiatives.
Produce high‑quality digital content (graphics, copy, and multimedia) in-house—not just managing agencies.
Executed digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
A clearly defined marketing roadmap for Connected Services.
Event support plans and post‑event engagement strategies.
Product launch materials and press release content.
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of marketing experience supporting technology products, with SaaS background.
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience creating digital content (graphic design, writing, multimedia)—not just overseeing agencies.
Strong writing, organizational, and planning skills.
Experience marketing to fleet customers is a significant advantage.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in ambiguity.
Proficiency with digital marketing and design tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
