Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

The Executive Protection Agent is tasked with conducting close protection and driving for the client located in Dallas/Ft. Worth and surrounding area but flexible to adjust to new environment as needed. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets. EP Agent must work independently on projects, from conception to completion. EP Agents are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client and stay in direct communication with Executive Protection Management. EP Agents must possess a high level of emotional and situational intelligence. EP Agents may be directed to work odd hours depending on clients’ requests, which may include nights, holidays and weekends. International and domestic travel is required. Applicants should be in good overall physical, mental and emotional condition, have a reputation as a team player and be willing to work long hours with ever-changing schedules and environments. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible is a must. EP Agents must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporation management, liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Candidates must be able to brief, defend, persuade and instruct others on security requirements and policies.
Provide covert and overt executive protection and driving to the designated client(s)
Domestic and international travel will be required (approximately 25%)
Work within a cross‑functional team
Report to the executive protection management team
Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
Conduct all facets of protective duties
Follow and enhance the directed SOP
Complete written plans and reports for senior executive audience
Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
Conducts protective advance operations
Operates motor vehicle in a safe and legal manner
Maintain vehicle cleanliness: interior and exterior, hand washing on site
Maintain vehicle readiness: fuel, tire pressure, service records, etc
Prepare and maintain vehicle checklist, pre‑ / post‑use
Prepare/maintain client’s comfort items in the vehicles: water, tissues, umbrellas, etc
Ability to prioritize, multi‑task and work independently under tight deadlines
Job Requirements (Required):
Candidates must be physically fit and possess a valid driver's license. Extensive military, corporate security, law enforcement experience or federal agent with protective operations with a minimum of 8 years combined experience. The applicant should possess excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills, have high levels of integrity, and trustworthiness.
A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school /driving school
Experience and understanding of corporate culture
Strong operational background with experience assessing and executing emergency response/contingency plans based on risk
Experience with after‑action report writing
Must possess a good understanding of the latest technology in use of smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Will maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance (clean shaving required)
The right candidate must pass an extensive background check and an in‑house training assessment. Additional client‑specific training will be provided upon hire
Must not have medical conditions which would preclude the candidate from carrying own body weight or moving through difficult environments (standing/siting for long periods of time).
Ability to work nights and weekends as required
Possess a valid passport, US driver's license and clean driving record
Drug and nicotine‑free; must pass a drug screening and submit to periodic screenings throughout employment
Responsible for conducting site, route, hospital and hotel surveys
Job Requirements (Desired):
Training in defensive tactics, counter surveillance/surveillance detection, and covert protection experience
Strong base knowledge in all facets of protective operations
Leadership and management experience
Extensive medial experience (EMT, First Responder, 18D, Paramedic)
Experience as a federal agent with protective services experience
