What you’ll do:
Take ownership of food and beverage programs – fresh food, grab‑and‑go meals, beverages, catering, and more. Drive food service sales and meet performance goals focused on quality and consistency, monitoring trends and creating action plans to optimize results. Serve as the in‑store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives. Lead Customer Service Associates with training that builds proficiency and motivates outstanding service. Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development; recognize performance and help Associates grow. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets all health and safety standards. Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep for efficient operations. Benefits:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast‑paced environment. Skilled problem solving to boost sales and streamline operations. The hourly range for this position is $22.70 – $28.40 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location.
