We’re looking for driven, opportunity-minded BDRs who think like entrepreneurs and love building something from the ground up. This is a newly formed team, giving you the chance to stand out early, shape processes, and directly influence the growth of our business.
As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in developing new business by finding qualified prospects, sparking conversations, and opening doors that lead to closed deals.

What You’ll Do:
Generate new business through proactive outbound outreach to companies nationwide
Identify high‑potential industries and develop outreach strategies to break into them
Qualify leads, set quality appointments, and hand off opportunities to closers or take deals across the finish line yourself
Manage your own pipeline, follow‑up cadence, and daily activity with minimal supervision
Test new approaches, refine messaging, and contribute ideas to help the team grow
Who You Are:
A self‑starter who likes figuring things out without handholding
Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, competitive environment
Resourceful, curious, and comfortable trying new strategies
Strong communicator with a confident phone presence
Driven by results, income, and personal growth
Sales or business development experience is a plus — but drive and attitude matter more
