Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) located in Potosi, MO. Qualifications
Proficiency in counseling and therapy skills, including individual counseling
Experience in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining diligent client records
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
Ability to manage caseloads and maintain ethical standards within counseling practices
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Provisional licensure as a Professional Counselor (PLPC) in Missouri or eligibility for licensure
Familiarity with evidence‑based therapeutic practices and techniques, such as CBT or trauma‑focused approaches
Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity
