To facilitate this transformation, a new Business Operations Business Unit is being established, bringing together existing business service activities, and driving further expansion of centralized services at scale into a global unit, with a focus on driving simplification, efficiency, and productivity.

This new Business Unit will enable the delivery of best‑in‑class business support capabilities across the organization, incorporating and engaging disparate teams from across areas such as R&D, M&S, the Corporate Functions and GBUs into new global Service Delivery Towers with initial services spanning Commercial, Finance, Procurement and People & Culture.

We are seeking a high‑caliber, analytically driven professional to join our team as Performance Management Support for Indirects. This role is designed for individuals with a background in consulting, performance management, or FP&A, who are motivated by financial impact, data‑driven decision‑making, and problem solving.

Reporting into the Performance Management Lead for Indirects, you will be supporting the tracking and management of the Procurement value pipeline for Indirects, act as a finance and analytics business partner to Indirects Procurement and play an active role within the end‑to‑end governance of value creation, validation, and capture. You will work at the intersection of Procurement, Finance, and Business Units, ensuring that procurement value initiatives are financially robust, analytically sound, and clearly translated into business and budget impact.

Main responsibilities Performance Tracking

Own the

financial tracking, validation, and reporting

of the Indirects procurement value pipeline, ensuring alignment with Finance methodologies and performance standards

Drive

E2E value management

across cost savings, Scope 3 CO₂ reduction, social impact, revenue generation, and innovation, with a strong focus on

measurable financial outcomes

Develop and challenge

business cases and financial models , ensuring assumptions, risks, and value realization plans are robust and decision‑ready while acting as a

financial integrity gatekeeper , ensuring transparency, consistency, and auditability of reported value

Strategic Alignment

Ensure alignment between Procurement targets and Indirects delivery plan

Foster strong relationships with internal business units and external partners to drive collaborative efforts

Operate as strategic advisor to Indirects category teams to understand risks & opportunities, functioning as a neutral sounding board to test business case maturity while working closely with Procurement Agile Squads to support in the prioritization of transversal high‑value projects

Value Measurement and Reporting

Support the tracking of savings metrics and KPIs in partnership with the Domain Heads and Finance stakeholders while tracking Indirects’ contribution to BOI through value‑driven reports and analyses

Work in close alignment with Finance teams to capture value in budget and drive BOI impact

Data, Analytics & Insights

Own the

quality, structure, and usability of performance data , ensuring a single source of truth for value reporting

Work closely with the

Procurement Performance Analytics team

to enhance:

reporting logic and KPI definitions,

analytical depth,

automation and scalability of dashboards and reports

Use data to identify

value leakage, performance gaps, and upside opportunities , proactively driving corrective actions

Reporting and Presentations

Support the preparation and delivery of executive‑level reports and presentations that highlight strategic insights and recommendations, gathering buy‑in from Procurement Leadership Team

Support Performance Management Lead for Indirects in the design and build of strategic presentations to Procurement Leadership Team

Work closely with Procurement Performance Analytics team to align and agree reporting to Finance

About you Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or other relevant fields

Master's degree in relevant field, or MBA (preferred)

Experience

Experience (5+ years) in

Consulting, FP&A, Controlling or Performance Management

roles.

Strong experience in

financial modeling, business case development, and performance tracking

Exposure to

Procurement, Supply Chain, or Indirect spend categories

(nice to have, not required)

Consulting background (strategy, Big 4, or internal consulting) (preferred only)

Soft and technical skills

Demonstrated ability to operate in

ambiguous, cross‑functional environments

Excellent

analytical, structuring, and problem‑solving skills , with a strong value‑creation mindset

Advanced proficiency in

Excel and PowerPoint ; strong comfort working with large datasets and performance dashboards

Experience in

performance analytics tools

(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) (preferred)

Languages

Fluent in English is a must

Proficiency in additional languages (preferred)
