You will join China R&D Team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:
Prepare technical document for new products and follow up total development according to development procedure
Prepare technical document for DTC and new supplier projects
Prepare cable process card for normal order by CA system accurately and timely.
Provide design datasheets and quotation document against customer enquiries or orders
Provide kinds of specifications about cable and BOM & Routine for the Production, Logistics and Purchasing functions
Provide a technical advisory service to Customers, Sales, Production
Work with process/production dept. follow new materials/ sample development and production. And analysis cable performance.
Work with quality dept. to get third party test report and certification
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing staff, materials specialists, and manufacturing personnel to ensure effective development and implementation of cable projects.
Identify areas for improvement in cable design and develop innovative solutions
Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and customers to gather feedback, understand requirements, and drive continuous improvement.
Participate in feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new cable projects.
Support the transfer of developed cable technologies from R&D to production, ensuring smooth integration and successful implementation.
Provide and implement sustainability ideas to support the Group ESG ambitions.
Understand, accept and comply with the related HSE responsibility commitment as part of daily work.

Who we are looking for
Bachelor degree or above for wire & cable, electrical engineering or material engineering
More than 1 years' experience of design or process in cable multinational company or big local cable company
Marketing knowledge
Product knowledge, Understand design and process in marine cable, offshore cable, general low voltage power and instrumentation cable, rubber cable and automotive wire well
Quality and product specification
Financial basis
Basic legal knowledge
Sustainability and ESG
Proficiency in word, excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD software and so on
Written English, and conversational in oral English
Good project management ability
