Have you worked in a daycare setting or hold a teaching degree? We’re looking for Assistant and Lead Teachers for local daycares and preschools in Edina, MN. Positions are 3–5 days a week, 8 am–5 pm.
Responsibilities
Care for children in the daycare setting; you will not be required to transport children.
Create and implement hands‑on activities based on your observations of children’s interests and skills.
Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care.
Engage children by leading hands‑on activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and age‑appropriate development.

Experience and Education Requirements
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
Pass required state and company background checks.
Provide a record of the qualifying number of hours of experience and quarter credits per MN state requirements for an assistant or lead teacher.
CDA certified.
Completed TDAP, COVID, MMR and flu shot.
Working Conditions and Requirements
Active, kid‑centric environment that includes clean‑up of activities.
Part of each day may be spent outside, weather permitting, and will involve active play.
Essential physical requirements:
Regular lifting, bending, squatting, reaching and pushing.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds safely.
Must be able to get up from and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day.
Must be able to react quickly to certain situations.
May need to react to emergent situations calmly, effectively and safely.
Compensation starts at $20/hour.
