Daily Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Working Days per Year:
170 days/year (all student days)
Summary:
With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools’ mission, vision, and core values, the Educational Associate for Special Education assists teachers and supports students with academic, social, motor, behavioral, health, life‑skills, and other functional tasks. Associates work one‑on‑one and with small groups of students in the areas of instructional reinforcement and student support and learning assistance.
Rate of Pay:
$23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates begin at the entry‑level rate of $23.00 per hour, with potential for higher rates based on prior experience.

Qualifications:
Required:

Experience working with students; experience working with diverse student populations; strong communication skills.
