Base Pay Range $40,000.00 / yr – $45,000.00 / yr
Role Description The Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining product displays and ensuring shelves are visually appealing. Tasks include organizing and replenishing products, executing merchandising plans, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to company standards, and effective communication with vendors and store associates.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer‑service skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and vendors.
Proven experience or understanding of sales and retail operations as they relate to product placement and merchandising.
Knowledge or experience in marketing strategies to support the implementation of merchandising plans.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field).
