Minimum of three years' experience in Ambulatory/Medical Surgery/ER setting preferred
Minimum of two years nursing experience
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Current BCLS certification
Current Infection Control Certificate
Qualifications
Experience in patient care management and nursing leadership
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform venipuncture and administer medications
Experience with telephone triage and diagnosis procedures
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Ability to guide care teams and evaluate patient/family needs
Experience in interdisciplinary health center‑based QI programs
