What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the operational administration of Epic Payer Platform, including health checks and routine maintenance
Configure and maintain payer-to-provider workflows for eligibility, prior authorization, and claims status
Administer and monitor FHIR integrations and EDI transactions
Triage and resolve operational issues related to Epic Payer Platform integrations
Coordinate with stakeholders for change windows and drive adoption of best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
1+ years of experience administering healthcare interoperability platforms or educational equivalent
8+ years of experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle
8+ years of excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Familiarity with Epic concepts and operational tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Exposure to Epic-related workflows and certifications
Experience with Da Vinci Implementation Guides
Familiarity with SQL for data validation
Hands-on experience with Epic Payer Platform configuration and provider connectivity patterns
