We are a property tax consulting firm launching an exciting new division under our nonprofit wing focused on creating Kindness Festivals at apartment communities across Texas. These mini-festivals are designed to build connection, spread joy, and create meaningful moments for residents and onsite teams.
We proudly partner with Apartment Life to deliver high-quality, impactful experiences—and we are so proud to lead a team that loves excellence, service, and thoughtful execution to support this endeavor.
Because our team is fully remote nationwide, we fly our team members in to support each event. In addition, we host a large annual service experience for our team members and their families. This role plays a key part in bringing all of these experiences to life.
We are seeking an Experience Coordinator to own the details, coordination, and execution that turn vision into reality.
What You’ll Do Create Meaningful Experiences
Coordinate and help facilitate Kindness Festivals at apartment communities across Texas
Ensure each experience is thoughtfully planned, well-executed, and repeatable
Event & Vendor Coordination
Manage logistics, timelines, and resources for events and service projects
Identify, coordinate, and manage vendors, partners, and on-site needs
Social Media & Storytelling
Manage and run company social media accounts
Capture, edit, and prepare basic video and photo content for posting
Share stories from events that highlight impact and promote Wayfinder Tax Relief
Annual Service Projects
Assist in planning and executing our annual large-scale service experience for team members and their families
Operational Excellence
Ensure details are handled with care—crossing every “t” and dotting every “i”
Create systems and checklists that allow experiences to be executed consistently at a high level
