Job Description Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a

Food & Beverage Manager

for the beautiful Interlocken Hotel & Spa. The manager will work closely with the Director of Outlets and F&B leaders to support outlets in providing guests with an outstanding Food & Beverage Operation according to corporate standards of product and service. The overall success of the outlet is measured by guest satisfaction surveys and financial controls.

Salary (based on experience): $65,000 – $70,000 per year. Full‑time associates are entitled to medical, dental, vision, paid maternity leave, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits. Responsibilities

Consistent maintenance and refinement of service standards.

Maintenance of adequate china, silver and glass inventories for outlet through communication with Food & Beverage Management.

Maintenance of adequate linen inventory for outlet.

Maintenance of adequate front of the house uniform inventories for outlet by proper forecasting and purchasing.

Assist other Outlet Managers and Culinary leaders in refinement of successful daily menu specials.

Assure consistent maintenance of corporate F&B policies and procedures in all “front of the house” operations.

Assure associate development through well‑planned cross training programs.

Review all purchase requests prior to submittal to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Maintenance of accurate wine inventories and ongoing wine lists updates.

Consistent physical maintenance of outlet and related areas.

Correlation of outlet profit & losses and financial information monthly.

Participates on EOM F&B inventories in coordination with Executive Chef and Accounting.

Participates on the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Conducts menu engineering analysis on a quarterly basis.

Conducts food and beverage pricing competitive set analysis twice a year.

Assures proper cover count procedures are in place in the outlet.

Assures adherence to cashier reconciliation of all over/short, missing check reports, comp checks and other cashier reporting and accountability procedures.

Assures full adherence to forecasted productivity ratios by approving all weekly schedules prior to submittal to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Plans monthly All Together Get Together meetings according to corporate Standard Operating Procedure.

Qualifications

Ability to make quick decisions in high‑stress situations.

Excellent customer service skills.

Pleasant and positive personality.

Well organized and efficient.

Knowledge of Micros preferred.

Food Handlers & TIPS / Alcohol Safety certifications required prior to starting with us.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

1-2 years Food & Beverage management experience preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
