What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee airport baggage handling systems projects from pre-sales through closeout
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure quality, delivery, and service
Develop and manage project budgets, providing updates to management
Maintain open communication with customers and internal stakeholders about project status
Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure compliance and safety throughout project phases
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum of 5 years of experience with baggage handling systems
Proficiency in reading mechanical layout and/or electrical AutoCAD drawings
Experience in project management and managing subcontractors
Valid US Driver’s License and willingness to travel approximately 35%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of airport maintenance and construction
PMP certification
Familiarity with safety codes including OSHA, NEC, NFPA, or IEC
Controls engineering experience
