Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, with discretion and professionalism to support the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned to support company initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
