Purpose The Creative Manager is a hands‑on creative role within the Marketing team, responsible for expressing Peepers brand and campaign stories through thoughtful storytelling, visual and creative execution. This is a highly collaborative role for a creative who enjoys working at the intersection of story and visuals.

Reports to: Director of Marketing

FLSA Status: Full-time; Exempt

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Storytelling & Creative Concepting

Shape and bring to life established product and seasonal stories through marketing creative, translating provided direction into cohesive visuals and channel executions

Develop creative stories and concepts for marketing‑led campaigns (website promotions, evergreen moments) shaping the narrative, tone, and visual point of view from idea through execution

Ensure campaign storytelling is clear, consistent, and compelling across visuals and messaging

Product & Brand Story Translation

Partner cross‑functionally to understand product stories, seasonal inspiration, and launch intent

Translate product narratives and visual direction into marketing‑ready creative

Ensure new products and launches are presented clearly, consistently, and compellingly across marketing touchpoints

Creative Direction & Team Enablement

Bring to life creative direction for campaigns by producing key assets, visual examples, mood boards and guidance for the broader team working closely with the Director of Product & Brand

Share clear creative examples that others can execute against to ensure consistency across channels

Review creative output from others and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback

Ensure all executions within a campaign feel cohesive and intentional

Creative Execution & Art Creation

Create original art and graphic design that visually expresses campaign stories across marketing channels, including email, paid ads, social media, and website content

Execute high‑quality, production‑ready creative with strong attention to detail

Design layouts, typography systems, and visual treatments that feel modern, elevated, and on brand

Prepare files for delivery and ensure quality through final execution

Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high creative standards

Brand Stewardship & Visual Quality

Own and protect Peepers’ visual aesthetic across marketing

Maintain consistency in typography, color, layout, and overall visual storytelling

Apply strong aesthetic judgment to elevate creative output

Identify opportunities to push creative forward while staying true to the brand

Collaboration & Creative Leadership

Collaborate closely with Marketing and cross‑functional partners to bring campaigns to life

Balance independent execution with collaborative problem‑solving

Take feedback constructively while confidently advocating for strong creative decisions

Act as a reliable creative partner who helps raise the quality and clarity of work across the team

Qualifications

4+ years traditional Marketing experience in fashion or consumer products with a proven track record.

Proficient in Adobe Programs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related Creative field.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Clear, concise communication style.

Thrives in team environment and enjoys building relationships.

Familiar with a range of strategic and creative deliverables, from branding to print, websites, and fully integrated campaigns.

Enthusiasm and attention to detail.
