Job Description
In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner to Hoag Executive Leadership, ensuring smooth operations so they can focus on advancing healthcare for our community. You’ll manage complex administrative tasks, coordinate high-level projects, and serve as the vital link between leadership and the organization.
What You’ll Do
Build strong, collaborative relationships with executive leaders.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations, calendars, and confidential matters with discretion.
Act as the trusted partner for executive offices, ensuring seamless communication.
Coordinate projects, prepare data reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Engage with board members, healthcare professionals, and community leaders—representing Hoag with professionalism.
Support strategic initiatives that drive Hoag’s mission and vision forward.

Qualifications Education and Experience
High School Graduate or equivalent
Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus healthcare database systems
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Four (4) years’ executive administrative support experience in a health care or medically related field preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Sign or similar software preferred
