Job Description GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor. This role requires a sharp eye and the ability to monitor multiple security feeds, identify potential threats, and coordinate responses.

Responsibilities
Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
Provide supervisory oversight of security operations.
Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety.
Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
Collaborate with law enforcement for serious situations or emergencies.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Have High School Diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Excellent report writing skills.
Sharp visual activity and concentration skills.
Proficiency with technology.
Previous security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
State license if required.
