Job Title Regional Account Coordinator
Reports To Sr. Manager, Customer Care

Role Summary We're looking for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to be a Regional Account Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to the sales and distribution teams in the assigned region(s). The main tasks of this role include communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, planning, and organizing sales activities, troubleshooting and resolving issues, coordinating distributor transitions, assisting with contracts and pricing, preparing product submissions, maintaining the sales roster, supporting biologics and patient-matched orders and invoices, training other staff members, and contributing to improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers/Directors, Distributors, Distributor Partners/Principals, and customers in assigned region(s).
Develop and report on objectives and key results for key areas: Distributor / Sales Representative Management, and Order Processing / Invoicing / Customer Service.
Anticipate needs of internal and external customers and identify solutions and/or opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Aggregate and analyze all customer requests and provide requested information or route request to appropriate department or elevate as needed.
Troubleshoot and utilize problem solving techniques to resolve customer questions and issues in a timely manner.
Provide indirect leadership to the team members providing data/order entry support for assigned region(s).
Ensure a positive customer experience by exhibiting a helpful and team‑oriented attitude towards customers and employees.
Evaluate opportunities for improvement and take action to improve processes and reduce waste.
Participate in quality control/assurance related activities.
Coordinate distributor and representative onboarding activities. Partner with onboarding sales representatives to ensure an overall positive experience and follow up with them after their first cases to address any questions, issues, or concerns.
Minimum Basic Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or four years of related work experience
Previous work experience in a customer‑facing position
Strong understanding of business strategies and drivers, particularly as it relates to Sales Organizations.
Ability to articulate clearly, professionally, and effectively
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task with little supervision
Ability to maintain the confidentiality and sensitivity of customer records
Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment
Experience supporting a commercial sales team (preferred)
Experience working with data entry teams (preferred)
