Job Summary:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking motivated and self‑driven sales executives to join our client’s expanding sales team. A core focus of this role is high‑volume outbound cold calling — 50 to 100 calls per day at a national level — aimed at aggressively generating new business and building strong client relationships across multiple industries, including industrial, multifamily housing, hospitality, retail, municipalities, healthcare, and education. This is an ideal opportunity for sales professionals who thrive on activity, persistence, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
High‑Volume Cold Calling: Consistently make 50–100 outbound cold calls daily to target prospects across diverse sectors, driving lead generation and new business development.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Supplement calling efforts with targeted email campaigns and other outreach strategies.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with decision‑makers within assigned territories or verticals.
Sales Strategy: Create and execute innovative sales tactics to improve close rates and accelerate the sales cycle.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts in accordance with company policies.
Client Satisfaction: Manage expectations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Professionalism: Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven success in national B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on high‑volume outbound prospecting
Experience in the sustainability or waste industry is a plus
Proficient in CRM systems, especially HubSpot; Salesforce or similar also accepted
Willingness to work onsite in Addison, TX as required
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Resilience and stamina to maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily
